Make iOS aware of supported languages

Closing this as screens and panels in the new designs have changed. Bluetooth will now directs user to the settings panel. |

This PR is a demo of how using the "react-native-bluetooth-status" library can allow us to update the bluetooth status in the app for android and be able to check whether bluetooth is enabled for iOS and Android to render the Bluetooth enablement warning.
Have not modified the bluetooth card, just the overlay. Wanted to see if this was the right path to go down
